Description

Brushless electric actuator for quarter-turn valves, very compact and multi-voltage with anti-condensation heater regulated as standard, parallel mounting possible. Torque from 15 to 400 Nm. ABS enclosure and cover with IP67 protection.

Specifications of TCR-N electric actuators The  TCR-N range  is available with torque values from  15 Nm to 400 Nm  and supports three different voltages:  95-265V AC/DC ,  24V AC/DC , and  12V DC . The  TCR-N electric actuators feature a  compact design  with a  90° operating angle  (±2°). They include an  ISO 5211 pad  and  star connection . The  ABS plastic enclosure  and  steel reducing box  ensure durability and efficiency. They operate in temperatures from  -20°C to +60°C . Duty cycle is  S4  (50% operational time), except for TCR20 and TCR40 models which have an  S3 duty cycle  (85% operational time). Focus on the on-off function The TCR-N electric actuators are designed for  On/Off   control of   ¼ turn valves , providing precise and reliable valve actuation. These actuators are ideal for applications involving  ball  and  butterfly valves  due to their compact construction and their 90° operating angle.. On/Off functionality  refers to the capability of the actuator to   fully open or fully close a valve. This binary operation is essential in many industrial processes where valves need to be either completely open to allow full flow or completely closed to stop the flow. The On/Off mode ensures that there is no partial opening or closing. Standard equipment of TCR electric actuators The TCR electric actuators come with  adjustable limit switches  and   2 auxiliary limit switches. They feature  thermal protection , a  3D position indicator , a  manual override  by hex key, and regulated 2-3 W anti-condensation resistor.  These actuators are equipped with an  IP67  leak-tightness rating, making them suitable for   indoor use and potentially  for  outdoor use under proper shelter. ans-serif”> parallel installation , the TCR-N actuators allow multiple units to operate simultaneously, which is crucial for systems requiring synchronized valve movements. Additionally, they offer  manual control  with a key, providing a necessary override option for maintenance or in case of power failure.
