The 365 series is a wafer swing check valve with single plate, stainless steel body and plate, FKM gasket, designed for small space requirement, for the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and hydraulic industries.
Single plate wafer swing check valve The wafer swing check valve with a single plate is commonly used in heating systems, water distribution networks or irrigation systems. With its compact design, this device is an economic solution made up of carbon steel or stainless-steel. It is designed with a monobloc body drilled by a hole in its centre. A disc sustained by a stem closes the valve in case of backflow. This construction gives a good mechanical resistance, and the integrated body gaskets (EPDM, NBR or FKM according to executions) ensure the tightness. It is also provided with a hoisting eye to allow a proper mounting. The single plate wafer swing check valves of our range are designed to be mounted between flanges PN16 and set up in a horizontal position, or in a vertical position, with an ascending fluid. They tolerate a 16-bar pressure up to DN200 and a 10-bar pressure for larger sizes, while allowing a wide range of temperatures depending on the different materials: from -10 °C to +180 °C. All our references comply with the directive 2014/68/EU. Good to know: this type of check valve must not be used with pulsatory pace systems. They allow a 3m/s speed.
